Tom came to our home in Plano to address some concerns we had with our foundation. He was very timely and professional, explaining the entire process. He encouraged us to come with him through the entire (and extensive) inspection, explaining what he was looking at and listened to our concerns. He advised that we did not need any repairs and how we could watch for any future issues, He was polite and very personable. Highly recommended.

I had a foundation issue and my neighbor suggested Dodson Foundation Repair company. After a few inspections and estimates with other companies, I called Tom Dodson’s company. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very experienced Tom Dodson was. He explained everything to me clearly and gave me an estimate that was so reasonable, unlike the few estimates I got from other companies! The work is done expeditiously and I couldn’t be happier! It’s been just over a year since Dodson Foundation Repair completed their work on my house. Given that foundation work is a long-term “product”, I delayed posting any kind of review until the work they’d done had at least gone through a full cycle of seasons; I won’t be able to say what the true quality of the work is for another 15 years or so…but at least I’ve something of a better idea than nothing.
As of this juncture: the work has held up flawlessly.
Context: We had some pretty bad slipping across the front of our house due to my own lack of upkeep on the lawn (mixed with a steep drop on the front lawn) and some brutally dry summers.
