This place is something else. Teaching kids on how to react on the street where there are no rules, yet enough discipline to know right from wrong. Love this place! Paul is amazing.. Fun with the kids, but still finds a way to push them to their potential.

Can not say enough good things about this place and the people! So welcoming! They generously give you two free classes to try out! I signed up for my first trial class and was sent email and text confirmations along with a text sending me the new address of the gym location. Unfortunately do to my stupidity I didn’t realize the owner had texted me the new location at 2961 McDermott road and I mistakenly went to the old location which made me late to my class. When I finally arrived to the new location the owner was so gracious and kind and didn’t make me feel bad for being late. I was told since they had just moved it takes a few weeks for google to approve and update...read full review

I am over 60 years of age and have had nothing but a great experience. The instructors have been very patient and helpful to me. I highly recommend that you give it a try. Andrew Whitehead, D.D.
