I recently needed help looking for a piece of HVAC equipment and with the help of Greg & his team in the Largo FL store they made it happen for us. I order for Joe Cool every day and anytime I have a question they always help out with a smile in their voice! And to tell you when ordering everyday with multiple jobs going in each day, its not always a smooth process but I can always count of them!!! Nice job guys, I am glad to have your team on my side :)
As a contractor I rely on manufacturers to supply repair parts. Trying to deal with these people was bad enough before Covid but now it’s even more ridiculous. In the end it’s just frustration for me. The homeowners that have Carrier equipment are the ones that suffer.
I have to say every time I go there they have the part, and great service, the guys there super nice. You need guys like that. After all a lot of us are on the rooftop or attic. We are not the happiest guys lol. Give them a raise !
