“They are great with everything. Juan will work with insurance and no insurance. Make sure you wash your car before taking it in, if it's really muddy or dirty. Makes it easier for them to tell what's damaged. Most importantly it helps the paint guy match and blend perfectly. I will tell you this. Juan is a great guy and I won't take my card anywhere else for body shop work or paint. My mom had a Lexus RX350. She kept scratching it on garage door. Would take it to Lexus. Lexus ripped her off so many times that I said no more mom. We take it to Juan. Lexus wouldn't blend. So the car looked like a striped zebra. Juan took it and made repairs. Then the paint guy was up to bat. You will not find a better paint guy in the country. My mom's car came back brand new. No more Lexus spray paint jobs. Everything was blended.

“The service we received from James today was absolutely amazing. We had a vehicle that go to point A, but when it came time to drive back home, it wouldn't start. He diagnosed that it was the starter. He removed it, took it to get a second test on it (which in fact showed it to be kaput), picked up a new one, and got it installed -- all without the vehicle having to leave the HEB parking lot it was in! “Five Star has earned All Five Stars I intentionally waited to write this review as this is regarding the purchase of a used vehicle as well as having a major service. This will be detailed with several experiences and a clear explanation for the 5 star rating. If you're a decent person, you know that the car buying process is not the most enjoyable thing to do usually because there are so many games and haggling tactics involved. I purchased a used 2017 F150 for our teenage son on the last day of the month of Oct 2023. My husband and I had come in a week or prior when this Five Star location received it as a trade in. They went through it and I came back to test drive it. I requested that a few things be checked and repaired but agreed to purchase the truck that day even though I wouldn't be taking it home. Wally was my salesman and Shaun was the sales manager I dealt with. Please -- remember their names! The truck unfortunately had issues that no one could've known about other than the previous owner. What stood out most is, they did not make any excuses or try to get out of making the necessary repairs -- we know the horror stories of shady dealers. Yes I purchased an extended warranty (you should ALWAYS do that) but that wasn't used for the repairs. I know they likely lost money on this deal and trust me, they could've fought it; wrong or right. But that brings me to: Integrity. The staff and the leadership conduct business with integrity at the forefront and it shows. Honestly, it took a couple of months to get everything diagnosed properly and fully restored but they handled it all. Throughout the entire process, Shaun personally kept me informed every step of the way even though once it was handed over to the service department it was no longer his responsibility. Jerry the service director was also instrumental in making things happen and also made himself available throughout the process. These aren't normal characteristics of a traditional dealership. So I greatly appreciate the kindness, the effort, and the dedication that was put into making sure I had a great experience. A great team starts at the top: I have never met Mr. Sam Pack, but clearly the leaders he's chosen is a reflection of his standards. Shaun surely reflects those qualities. I didn't go as far into detail as I could, but please trust me when I say these people have the best intentions and provide highest level of customer service. We will definitely be buying our next vehicles through them. A huge thanks once more to Wally and Shaun for everything!“
