Been using this spot for a few years, but I recently had a newer doctor, Dr. Kit, and she and her team were so kind, thorough, and helpful. We have a shar-pei and have dealt with shar-pei fever for over a decade, but have never been given the option for preventative medication until now. Would recommend Dr. Kit and team.
The Dr and staff are so friendly and loving to my sweet Ekko. She had to have 8 teeth extracted last week, and I had concerns for a couple of days of her recovery. There was no hesitation to get her in and examine her when I called. I had gone to this vet 4 years ago, before the new Dr. and staff came 2 years ago. I had actually left the clinic due to the previous staff, but my neighbor encouraged me to try it again and I am grateful we did go back. She is receiving excellent care and it is so encouraging not to have to take her to an emergency room when she is needing to be seen right away. Highly recommend this vet and hospital.
Absolutely fantastic staff and facility. Had a bit of a scare today with my mom’s little poodle Vitali (who got his 1st annual shots someplace else the same morning). He was extremely lethargic and vomiting non stop, so we rushed him over to Bethany Pet Hospital, where they took us as walk ins and had little to no wait. The attention and care the tech and doctor both took to Vitali was so heartwarming, and it made me feel okay about having to admit him for a few hours. When we picked him up, it was like night and day, he was back to his normal self and eating/drinking /playing as usual.
