Convenient stop to drop off anything for mailing! USPS, UPS, FedEx. FYI- is not able to print from QR codes, can’t print anything for Amazon returns. They can help you with labels and packaging for non amazon mailing. Seemed like similar prices to getting your label online, but mostly a time saver if you don’t have a printer!

Mike and staff served my very well for YEARS. I appreciated his helpful and easygoing demeanor. Loved the 24-hour access to my mailbox. And, I could count on them packaging up my mail and forwarding it to wherever I'd traveled to. If you're looking for a postal service in a convenient location with great customer service, this is the place!

My experience with IdentiGO in PLANO was awful, they closed down without telling people who made appts. So came here, was helped by the nicest guys. They couldn't find my info for fingerprinting but he called them for me, schedule an appt so I can get my finger printing done. He had patience and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. I did read some other post about people complaining about waiting but that's life. Suck it up. Would definitely come here to do business.
