I took my dad in as a new patient for his annual eye exam today. We had a wonderful experience here! My dad is in a wheelchair, and they helped us maneuver around the office efficiently. Every single person we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. My dad was very happy at the end of his visit. My only disappointment is that I can't come here myself since I live in Corpus Christi. Part of me almost wants to switch lol. Thank you for the awesome visit!!

I would highly recommend Alice Family Eye Center to anyone. You pay for what you get, so if you think they’re expensive, it’s because they’re excellent and very proficient. This is a family owned business and a pillar in the community. Customer service in person and on the phone is great, the associates are friendly and happy to help, and the doctors are amazing. Go SEE them today!

Staff is great, very friendly. Evaristo always does a great job of explaining everything. Only thing that went wrong the day of appointment is when I made appointment front desk did not explain clearly about the insurance.
