First, the **** philosophy expressed is right on target! Thank you for choosing *************************** for your recent HVAC service. We want to be the company that you recommend to your mom.Its important to leave feedback for companies, particularly when the service experience was truly phenomenal. The opinion of my wife and I is that every *************************** team member is deserving of a Five Platinum ********************* Award! Unfortunately, our AC system failed. The first companys proposal didnt work out. Our son belongs to the same social organization as the owner of ****, and gave us his contact information with a stellar recommendation. I called, and was able to set an appointment for the tech, *****************************, to evaluate our issues. ***** ***, the owner, briefly stopped by, and assuaged any concerns we might have had. Certainly a unique experience in most service businesses. ****** went to work. He thoroughly tested everything, located the leak, and as expected, we needed a new compressor, and evaporator. Another recommendation was to replace the gas heater as it was two years older than the A/C system. ******, was not only an excellent tech, but personable and professional. He left no stone unturned and communicated his findings, sans techno-speak. We also learned that he was the first employee.We received the proposals. Amazingly, the total cost, including the heater, fit our budget. I called the office, authorized the work, and installation was scheduled. Two techs arrived and started work a bit after 7:00 AM. Again, stellar performers! ****** also stopped by to check the work. Disassembling the old system in the attic, and getting them to the front yard was not an easy task; nor was moving the new equipment to the attic. New system operational, and everything was thoroughly retested for quality. Excellent office ************************************* hesitate to call **** for your HVAC needs. Everyone Cares!*** M
