I had a short time to find a home to lease and needed to live in a specific area. After attempting to do it on my own and stressing myself out, I reached out to Courtney. Within 2 days she had homes set up to view and stayed on top of it till we had exactly what we wanted. I honestly can’t imagine finding a home being handled better.
I made a random phone call trying to find an appraiser. Cortney jumped on. She helped me out with appraisal values, She ended up getting the sale and made everything smooth and is easy as possible Great help.
We have enjoyed working with Cortney. She was very patient walking us through the process and answering all of our questions. I know we were hesitant and difficult sometimes, but we would recommend Cortney to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is always professional and very responsive.
