The gym features a good combination of machines and free weights, including squat racks and smith machines. Members can also enjoy amenities like a lounge with a cold therapy couch, warm showers, and clean facilities. The gym is well-maintained, clean, and well-stocked, making it a great choice for those looking for a comfortable workout environment. The showers now have hot water again, which was appreciated by members. However, the gym can get quite packed in the afternoon, and some staff may be less friendly at times, though others are very nice. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, similar to older gyms like Gold’s GYM on Dove in McAllen. The front desk staff, including a tall girl known for her helpfulness, makes the experience better, and the alarm system, though loud, is effective. Many locations are open 24/7, providing flexibility for members with busy schedules.
I feel very good in this gym, but there is only one problem the female employees have a bad character when you ask them for help, for example, in the massage beds. That's supposed to be why I'm paying for my membership.
Very clean. The only thing I hate is that it gets packed in the afternoon. Just one person at the front desk in sanjuan tx was kind of rude when I was asking questions about signing up. Other than that, everyone else is super nice.
Highly recommend this gym compared to pharr and weslaco. Every employee is always busy keeping the gym clean, and are always happy to help with any questions especially the young lady Savannah super nice and welcoming
