Her customer service skills are impeccable and her empathy with pet owners is unmatched no first time taking my dogs. There was a different lady at the reception desk and unfortunately, I forget her name, but she was very kind and expressed worry about my baby. The vet was in very fast. They were so understanding they were quick, gentle and kind. It did not seem like money hungry like some other places we’ve been they do not try to nickel and dime.
