“I called at 3pm on a Friday of Labor Day weekend because my AC wasn't blowing cold air. I called a competitor first only to hear their availability was 6 days out. I called Cool Guys and thankfully they were able to have Jose come out to my house at the end of his work day, and he fixed the compressor very quickly. We're very grateful that Cool Guys was able to get to us and fix our AC before the start of a 3 day weekend.“

“My ac unit was not working properly for a few days called freedom air repair and they came out to fix it. Vanessa checked out everything for us and explained everything to us and what she could do for us and we were very pleased she fixed our unit so fast and made sure we knew everything that she was doing and told us what we could do next to keep it going for longer this is the second time we have had them come out and each time it got fixed same day within the hour they really are great!! I highly highly recommend them also their prices are reasonable and she didn't make us feel like we were getting an unfair price they really make you feel like everything is gonna be ok and they will be there for us anytime!! “DOUG has been our go to man for AC for many years. Honest, and he fixes things and doesn't sell things not needed. Nop contracts comes as soon as possible. I HIGHLY recommend this good man.“

“I requested A/C service from Cinch Home warranty company. They referred me to a local AC business and the AC man called and said his truck had broken down. Chinch then assigned a company from Houston, I live in San Antonio. I was excited because the man said he would come to my home after he finished a job. This was Saturday and I was impressed that someone from Houston would come to SA on a Saturday night. He did not show, with no phone call about when he could come. Chinch then assigned Thomas AC, this was now Sunday midday, I called and talked to Robert, he understood our problem and said he would come check it out. He did come and diagnosed the problem, got us going. Lasted two days, called Robert and he came right away yada yada yada. Bottom line is that Robert and his wife Dawn were very helpful in dealing with Chinch. I would highly recommend Thomas Heating and Air. Because of how Robert worked with Cinch, he saved us a good deal of money. The negative reviews on here, do not describe the Robert that helped us solve our A/C problem. “We had a AC unit that went out and needed to be replaced at our church. We were concerned because we wanted our congregants to be able to come to church and be comfortable as we all gathered to worship. Our unit went out in the peak of the summer heat and we knew it would be very uncomfortable if we didn’t get a new unit installed quickly. I called D&R and they came quickly to properly diagnose the issue, and then they moved quickly and efficiently to get us a new unit installed. We are now up and running and our congregants will be able to gather and worship comfortably. I highly recommend D&R for good, honest and fast work.“
