“We got to celebrate another year of life with our little one after she had her an emergency surgery preformed by Dr. Stepanek to extract an almond from her small intestine and massage another one down to her colon. After surgery, our little one was hospitalized for a total of ~72 hours. We would take her to DAUC for day hospitalization and then take her to MedVet for overnight hospitalization. DAUC would communicate directly with MedVet every day to pass on her vitals and notes and follow up mornings to get needed info from her overnight stays. DAUC was so extremely patient and kind! Every time we'd go or call, we were always treated with exceptional customer service. Yes, their wait times can be long at times but it's because they're the absolute best & worth the wait! Can't thank everyone enough at the Dallas Animal Urgent Care! Will forever thank Dr. Stepanek for the phenomal work (scar has healed up beautifully & our little girl is so healthy), Dr. Green for being so patient during difficult times that required difficult decisions (thank so much for your guidance and expertise) And to every tech & staff member that looked out for little Gucci! In addition to always taking wonderful care of my dogs, Campbell Village Vet recently went above and beyond the call of duty. A health emergency left me too weak to get my large dog into care by myself (which I needed to do before admitting myself to the hospital). Had no idea what I was going to do until Campbell Village agreeed to actually send a car and attendant out to my house to pick up my dog and take him into care. What a lifesaver! “My son and I took our love one Huncho , because he had lost over 30 lbs and was unable to keep any food down. The nurse that initially did the intake was very pleasant, friendly and very compassionate. We made a tough decision and euthanize him. ??

“This place is awesome. My dog is usually overly excited when going out place, once he steps into the office, he is the most well behaved and calm. The staff are very intuitive with him, I can tell the great chemistry. Also a few months back, I need to get a last minute vaccine and they said just bring our dog in without an appointment and the tech gave it too him with no problem. If I didn't live 45 minutes away I would bring him everyday to pop and just say. Hi. From the technicians to the Docs, this place is absolutely the best vet from Chicago to Texas.
