This was my first visit and I had a wonderful manicure with Raul. He recommended the mani with wax and a hot stone massage. Raul did an excellent job and he was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Urban Nails in Addison.

Nam did a great job on my Cosmo manicure. Update 6/30/24 ***But today I came the service not good. I would not recommend. I don't like a inconsistent business. It's confusing bc I came back from previous experience and they were not good today at all. Either don't come on Sundays or never come. If they mess up your day they wont care at all! LOL

I really like Urban Nail Bar! I've been going here for about 2.5-3 years now & have almost always enjoyed my experience. The shop is clean & the staff are friendly. My personal favorite nail tech is Mike because he's talented, funny & accommodating. I'm a creature of habit. When I find someone that I like that provides a quality experience, that is the only person I'm interested in being serviced by lol. There are two people that do my pedicures that are also really talented & friendly also,but I unfortunately can't remember their names.
