“Dropped by here with a last minute emergency fix needed on the leather backstrap of a shoe my puppy got ahold of right before an international trip. These were my go-to shoes for all day walking and I did not want to chance getting blisters with a new pair at the start of a month long vacay. I dropped them off on a Monday and they were ready for pickup on the Friday morning. The best part is they fixed the mangled strap so impeccably that it was only noticeable if you had the shoe in front of your face to look for it and more importantly, it was just as comfortable as before! I was very concerned on this since it was the leather strap that goes around the back of the heel but it felt perfect and at the end of my trip it was still as if nothing had happened. Thank you for saving my soles in time for the trip that fed my soul.“
