“My son and I took our love one Huncho , because he had lost over 30 lbs and was unable to keep any food down. The nurse that initially did the intake was very pleasant, friendly and very compassionate. We made a tough decision and euthanize him. ??
The Dr showed compassions and was kind. They took very care of huncho and as during our visit. About 2 weeks later, my son received a card addressed to him in the mail. My heart melted, all the staff signed it personally and included his paw print. That meant so much to us. Thank you all for

“We took our dogs to Dr. Pilkington and he couldn't have been more thorough in his exam of them. We recently moved from out of state and finding a vet you can trust is not easy. Dr.Pilkington & his staff were so welcoming and ensured that we received a nice Texas welcome. He also recommended a few treatments that are new to us, as in our former state were not needed (heart-worm therapy, etc.) They also carry all of their food at the clinic which is really convenient. “Dr. Chaiken and staff are always helpful and competent. Between me and my family he has taken care of 6 of our dogs over the years. Even though I don't live in the area anymore, I continue to take my pups there. Dr. Chaiken is not super extroverted, but he does care for the animals and has a softer side if you give him some patience. :)“

They truly provide top-notch care for my dog. Dr. Harper and Dr. Houser are the 2 vets that we see most often, and they are the most caring individuals one could ask for. “Playful pet resort has been amazing to us and our dog Rambo. Jason the owner is so wonderful and so is all the staff. They are all SO nice and SO loving!! Yes he runs a business but he isn’t into it for the money. He truly cares about every dog that comes here and is involved in all the day to day stuff which I LOVE. Everytime I have dropped off or picked up my dog he has been there at the front desk. All the staff treats our pup like it’s their own and I know Rambo will be in the best care while we’re gone. Also i love that we can watch him on the cameras while he is out playing:) Thank you guys for all you do!!!!“

“The last vet that I loved for years was no longer able to see my dog without waiting more than a week for an appointment, which is not ideal when your pup has an issue you want addressed and urgent care is obviously extremely expensive. I was nervous to search for a new office, but have been so pleased with High Point! We have seen both vets and both are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's always an efficient visit where we don't have to wait for long and it's easy to schedule an appointment. The staff makes my dog and I feel at home and even remember him when we visit. I will say that prices at this office are slightly higher than my previous vet, but it's worth the extra to be seen so quickly and even be closer to home!“
