I chose this place because it was very close to my work. I had to leave Carrollton and move back to Arkansas and I'm sad to see it go. They have all the updated beds. Decent rates and promotional offers are worth it as well. Everytime I came in I was treated so nice. I did not feel like I was being judged the whole time I was in there and I have had that feeling before at tanning salons. Next time I'm in Carrollton, this is where ill get my tanning fix.

The only reason this company stays in business is lack of competition. No tanning company in the DFW metroplex has the number of salons as PBT. The staff at every salon location are great. At the core of the problem is the embarrassingly poor business practices. There is not a problem with them communicating with customers when there is a problem with a monthly payment. However, they don't feel the same urgency to communicate with customers when they decide to close salons for any reason unannounced. The weather turns cold and bad weather is expected, as was the recent issue, they closed the salons before any bad weather began. And the salons remained closed long after bad weather passed and all other businesses had returned to normal. All with no communication to customers. They never do. So inconsiderate of customer's time to make the customer drive to the salon to find out it is closed. Obviously, the management doesn't care if all customers must find find out this way. Almost as if the business was in a third world country. The owners will also close a salon without any notification when the internet goes down. They don't feel any need to devise a plan to operate the salon when the internet goes down. Bottom line is once they get your monthly membership payment they could t care less if they provide the service and if customers are taken care of. Also, corporate customer service is run by only a few women who have no autonomy to resolve issues. They will send a generic email as a response but don't expect to get any assistance beyond that. I don think I've ever seen such a poorly run company which stays in business. If there was equal competition in the area they likely wouldn't.

The assistant manager at this palm beach on belt line is AMAZING! She is so helpful and really knows what she's talking about. She remembers me everytime and has great people skills!
