Annually, without fail, North Texas Property Tax Service represents us to dispute rising property taxes. They are professional. They are effective. They are excellent communicators on what they're doing on my behalf. Abd I don't pay unless they net me a reduction. Thank you, North Texas Property Tax Services.
Was NOT expecting this much of a reduction in taxes. These guys are saving me 28.8% on my taxes...and my taxes ain't cheap. I would recommend nobody else to use for property tax reduction. (similar outcomes are not guaranteed yadda yadda, but holy cow on this one). AWESOME job!
We have been working with North Texas Property Tax Services since we moved to Texas eight years ago. The nice folks at NTPTS were very patient explain how their service works, their reasonable fee schedule, and what to expect during the annual property tax assessment season.
There were several years where there were no changes to our property tax assessment and NTPTS kept us apprised of our situation with NO CHARGE. During the years when our property tax assessment changed, NTPTS was right there doing the due diligence and filing the required tax assessment protest with the local tax authority.
