Have been using them for years and had successful protests every year. This year TCAD dismissed my case due to a technicality. Most others would have left it at that - but NTPS spent several months chasing it down, petitioning for a new hearing and ultimately getting another major reduction, which will result in a $2500 tax reduction for this year.
Ryan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently explained their services and helped me understand the difference between NTPTS and mega corps like Ownwell or other shady tax protest firms that are constantly bombarding me with mailers. He even walked me through filing my homestead exemption during our call! Based on this outstanding customer service experience, I will be giving their property tax appeal services a shot for 2026.
