I had quite a challenged for Warren to tackle. My laptop was a mess and not sure about recovering the information on it. He explained in detail what was needed to be done and how he would go about it. Was very reassuring.
He didn't make any promises but did say he would do the best he could to get it all done. And he did. Was able to recover all my data, got a refurbished laptop that is working well and now have everything hooked up at home as it should be.

Warren was knowledgeable, efficient and quickly diagnosed the issue and repair to my desktop. All this and he was leaving town in a few hours on an extended trip. Thanks for taking the time to help a fellow warrior........

To start, I am clueless with technology except for the very basics. I've known Warren Harris for a number of years and knew his expertise. So any time I've had a problem or question, Warren has been there to answer it and to help me. I always know I can count on him to be knowlegeable and patient with me. He's just never let me down
