I requested Port O Pot service for a construction site and have used Gilbert for years on my septic service. I LIKE shopping local small businesses!I called a week ago and was informed a team member would call me back. That was 6 days ago! I left messages 2 days ago and email as well. NADA! ZIP NOTHINGI FINALLY got someone to answer the phone there and was told, :Its only been 6 days- we will get to you!"I called another firm in Stephenville and they will deliver tomorrow!The heck with Gilbert!

driver ran over my concrete in front of house. Wouldnt of been a big deal if the owner hadnt come look at it then deny it even though i had taken videos/pictures right after driver left showing there truck tires going over our covert wall.

So. our septic backed up into our house late Saturday. These guys came from an hour away on a Sunday morning to take care of us. These are GOOD people and we are SO thankful For y'all!! God bless y'all and your company!
