came to shop and get food! got a combo went to the fountain drinks and they were ALLL out. just ice in one of them and when we went to tell them they said grab a can drink. later we told someone because we felt bad for everyone else that didn’t know because the cashier wasn’t telling anyone. later we over heard someone say “they want us to take down the signs (only 2) on the fountain drink machine” literally didn’t care that people were so confused on why it wasn’t working. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STEP IT UP especially if we are paying 40+ $$ for memberships!!!

The staff at the cafe are polite and efficient, we joined them for lunch on a very busy Sunday (2.4.24) and they were very friendly and attentive and got orders out so quickly! Our family enjoyed our food very much and appreciated their work.

I use this Sam's Club as my corner store. It is hit or miss on its items sometimes. I do love their scan and go totally cuts down on the time run in and run out. I only go during the daytime for safety. I park as close as I can to the front door. Customer service has never given me any problems. The pizza line is getting a little long for me, but you can't beat the price, now you can call ahead and have it ready. That's awesome.
