I had an absolutely stellar experience at Palm Beach Tan in Abilene, Texas! As a first-time tanner, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Taylor, Alyssa, and Hailey made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. Each of them was exceptionally knowledgeable, not only about the tanning process but also about which products would suit my skin type and tanning goals best. They are amazing at their jobs—professional, personable, and genuinely caring, which is a breath of fresh air. Their customer service skills are top-notch; they made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I now go multiple times a week and love the location. If I could make it a 4.5 or a 4.8 I would. They are doing renovations right now and on the tail end of it. It’s fun to watch it unfold. They are very sweet and helpful. The place is clean and they do take care of the cleanliness of the beds and bathroom thank heavens. However my only minor complaint is that when something happens to the beds it takes them forever to fix it.
They used to fix them that day and sometimes right before I used it. Like when the water for the mist or the scent container is empty they would make sure the beds functioned perfectly as quickly as possible. It was awesome.

Came in to ask about walk ins, Morgan helped me out and she was so helpful! Answered all questions and was the best associate to help me as I've been in one other time and the newer blonde manager looked as if she couldn't be bothered to help me at all and had an attitude.
