Stephanie at four eleven is AMAZING! She is very professional, her space is very clean, she goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are comfortable and satisfied. She has done all the proper training and schooling to make sure her business is successful. Stephanie is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when getting permanent make up! She’s friendly, and makes sure you get exactly what you’re looking for! I absolutely love my brows, and will use her again and again!
