These guys are absolute lifesavers...super friendly and you won't get better prices in Abilene - we've looked! My grandmother's air conditioner went out the other day, and she called Sears (who sold her the unit and has done all her A/C servicing) to schedule a repair....and they said it would be July 1st or 2nd before they could get to her (leaving 2 elderly people without an air conditioner in Texas in upper 90's heat for over a week). So I turned to the phone book, and we were lucky enough to find the guys at Complete Efficiency. They were at her house within 2 hours, and were very thorough to diagnose the problem instead of just trying to sell her a new unit. A part had to be picked up from a warehouse and installed the next day, and even then it wasn't working properly, so they again went over everything thoroughly and discovered a wiring issue that had caused the board to short out in the interior unit. All total, they spent about 7 hours here across the two days, and did not charge a dime for labor beyond the initial service charge (which, by the way, is the cheapest we could find in Abilene!). We would 100% recommend them! Their business card is taped to my grandmother's fridge, and we'll be having them come out to do all her A/C service from now on. I am also completely confident having her call them for repairs even if none of her kids are here with her to help set it up; it's so nice to find a company that still operates on small-business ethics!!!
