I absolutely love Club Pilates! I started a month ago, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The instructors are awesome—they make you fall in love with Pilates. I’ve always struggled to stay motivated when working out on my own, but Club Pilates has become the perfect workout and escape for me. I’m already feeling stronger in my core and legs, and I’m excited to keep progressing on this journey!

Initially, I started pilates two years ago as a way to regain strength and eliminate back pain. I have gained core strength, flexibility, muscle tone and mental clarity. The instructors make it easy to follow and enjoyable.

Club Pilates has been a great experience for me and a game changer for my post partum body. My back was very weak and my pelvis constantly out of alignment amongst other issues, causing me pain. Club Pilates has been a safe and FUN way for me to strengthen everything back up and to feel more like myself again. I would highly recommend this to anyone, but especially to fellow post partum mommas who are struggling to regain their pre-baby bodies. Thanks Club Pilates ♥️
