Reda Homes did a wonderful job on our new construction home. All the individuals that we worked with were professional and kept the project on its timeline. Brian and Jason did a great job completing our bluetape walk through and home inspection requests. With the crazy market and supply chain issues we were lucky to close on time with no real issues with our selections. I know others have had challenges but Reda does their best to mitigage them. As a first time home buyer and previous real estate agent I am extremely happy with our new home. A special thank you to Stacy Williams with Keller Williams for representing us through this process. Came across their subdivision @ Reda Estates, not your typical cookie cutter subdivision. Loved the acreage and the exclusive feel that they were trying to accomplish. I wasn’t far off from my gut feeling, it appeared that other consumers loved it too because I discovered lots were sold months in advance before the homes were being built. Fortunately for me (not someone else) a contract fell through on a pre-sold that was perfect and had everything I wanted.My sale picked up about a month from completion- We conducted a thorough walk-through and subbed out a home inspection with minimal issues, nail pops, paint touch ups, bulbs here and there. Bryan, the foreman was diligent in his own observations during the walkthrough and final walk-through in order to make sure he handed off a good product. Super pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of my new home.I will recommend Reda to others over the years. If you’re not familiar with the area, take other reviews with a grain of salt. A bad review/experience may seem disheartening when house hunting, I say keep an open mind.-R
