When I say painless, and incredible customer service. Alejandra Medley is my goto and the answer. This lady makes sure my business operates like a well maintained machine. At a drop of a hat she's taking care of any issue I have. She's even reached out to me after hours from her personal time to help me. Pilot Car Operator here - Originally, I contacted Progressive direct (thinking using an agency would just increase my rates), but after numerous issues and a referral from a Pilot Car friend, I decided to get a quote from her Agent, Heather Gifford and have been extremely pleased ever since.
