I used another vet for a surgical procedure. After the operation it became infected and the 1st place wouldn't answer the phone. Took my pet to Animal Care Center on a Saturday. They were very helpful and saved my pet. Highly recommend.
The Animal Care Center has been by far the most friendly, most concerned, and interested group of professionals I have dealt with in the 10 years of being in this locale. Dr's. George & Ashley provide genuine feedback about the pets they evaluate. The Techs are compassionate, as are the front desk, and everyone takes great care of their customers!
Great experience from calling to schedule first appointment, dropping off my little guy, getting info when I called to check on him, information when I picked him up (including written discharge papers, medication use/dosage and follow up appointment) and especially loved how kindly Charleston and I were treated. I also really appreciated how they also informed me of his behavior. It was great to hear he did well and he got lots of loves and hugs.
