I am filing a complaint against Clayton Homes due to ongoing and unresolved issues with our manufactured home, which has been problematic since its delivery over nine months ago. Our experience has been marked by inadequate responses and a lack of resolution, leading to significant frustration and potentially problems becoming exacerbated and compounding from each of the issues below.

I have a tru delight single wide bought Sept 2020. Nothing but problems from the get-go. Water leakage from underbelly damage to my kitchen floor doors out of alignment. Had kitchen floor replaced because of the water damage from the leaks. Company that came out to replace my floors from water damage ripped off my batten strips and tore them all apart. Now I have batten strips that cannot be replaced or caulked. Worst experience of my life buying a new home.

Tru built my home, and is failed to fix my home. I have water coming in, not once, but numerous of times. This can cause mold which I have two small children in the home. If it was there home, it'd have been fixed the day of.
