Another great experience! I was desperate for new brakes and rotors. Kind of an emergency situation. I waited at the shop for the mechanic to show up. Not even 5min in the door, I told him my problem and he got my van up on the lift right away to diagnose it and give me an estimate. He was very kind and eager to get me back on the road. As soon as I gave him the go ahead, he ordered my parts and began to work while he waited for them. Took about 30 min for the new parts to arrive. My daughter's Chevy broke down in the recent snow and ice storm, and she was stranded with her newborn. Ellis and his crew had the car running within an hour or two after getting it--checked out the other systems I suspected and gave them the okay -- installed what she really needed -- and then refused to take a dime.Car runs great and we can't believe this kind of prompt and generous service. We finally found the mechanics she needed--she'll never go anywhere else--and we recommend them without reservation. Unbelievable!

Mast Auto saved the day for us while we were down in the area for a Rocky Top Football tournament. They let us drop off the vehicle late at night and had us ready to go by Sunday morning. Can’t say enough great things about them. So friendly and helpful, highly recommend.
