“I’ve seen a ton of mixed reviews on Giggles And Glam so I was hesitant to go but just wanted to say how GREAT of an experience we had with Kennedy today for our first haircut. ???‍♀️ If you have a kid who is on the spectrum, has sensory sensitivities, or is shy/nervous about a haircut, Kennedy is your girl! She was extremely kind, gentle, timely, and knew how to match my daughter’s energy for her to feel comfortable/safe right away (which rarely happens with strangers). She never rushed us and noticed when my daughter was getting overstimulated and would make adjustments accordingly. She listened when I made requests (for shorter layers and bangs) and checked in with me throughout the cut to make sure we were happy. She let my daughter pick her seat (they have cute cars, airplanes, or regular chairs), engaged with my daughter about her favorite princesses/shows, put on Bluey for her, and helped her make a wish with some sparkles in her hair at the end (optional). I highly recommend her. Plus it’s so cute and clean inside! We will definitely be back!“
