After accidentally locking my keys in my car, Empire demonstrated timely arrival with quick and efficient vehicle unlocking without damage. Priced quoted was the price charged, no additional fees. Will use again if circumstances require.

A tech named Justin came out to our business today to check out a lock that’s been messed up for a looong time. He was incredibly thorough, he worked on both ends of the lock (on the door and in the floor) and what impressed me most was that he actually took the time to drill a better hole into the concrete and add a longer screw. He even beveled the edge of the plate to ensure it was flush with the floor! Also Justin was polite to our customers and stayed really tidy! Thank you for coming out!!

Excellent service!!! Justin was great. He did some work for our business before and got it done quick and right. We called them about our home this time. Again, we got a fast response and Justin came to our rescue. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when needed. Thanks guys.
