I am the husband writing the review: I would describe myself as an above average knowledgeable consumer as it relates to HVAC. Our main package unit went out unexpectedly and we needed a new unit. We inquired about purchasing a new unit through Costco and they contract with Solace for the install. The same day I inquired, Tyler (in sales) called me. Tyler was amazing. His communication and response time was second to none. He answered all of my questions and was never pushy. Once I decided to move forward, Rebecca (in the office) handled all the necessary paperwork and I was scheduled for the install the next day. Let me list the many great things about this company! Booking online, appointment was the next day, texting ahead to let you know they are on the way, who is coming, and a few things about this person. Everyone is polite. The job is done in a timely manner and everything is cleaned up. All your questions are answered. We needed a new unit and it was replaced the next day! I can't say enough good things about the wonderful people that work for Solace Heating and Air!

Excellent responsiveness and customer service. Phones are answered promptly. We have had both systems replaced in last year. Tyler in sales, Nick and other technicians were all great. We had some questions and concerns and Jacob came out and rechecked everything including demonstrating the smart thermostat to the technology impaired. He took his time and checked everything carefully. We highly recommend this company.
