Carol and Crystal were very patient and very helpful in assisting me with selecting flooring options. I told them exactly what I didn't want and specifically what I did. Needless to say, they worked hard to eliminate and identify options that I could consider. I'm sure they dreaded every time they saw me coming, but I did/do appreciate their time and efforts to help.I also worked with Andrew to make a tile decision for my fireplace that would go with the floors. He was also very helpful and patient narrowing options with me. Courteous staff, fair prices.

Glad I shopped here! Looked for flooring for a couple of years and found nothing! Chapman's has so many options with comparable prices. The store staff and installers were all excellent to work with. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable! I will definitely use them again and recommend them!
