We were assigned Assured Heating and Air and we were highly disappointed. What a waste of a $100 call out fee. They said a 15 degree difference with the home at 82 degrees inside was totally acceptable.

Not the type of people you want to give your money too. The man who owns the business stands in the parking lot almost every afternoon flipping birds and yelling F U at passing vehicles. Have seen this multiple times. It's hard to imagine that someone who behaves this way in front of his business would treat customers very well.

Keep on looking. Over 4 years later my Heating and A/C until is still working. Long story short I was in a pinch and needed help diagnosing the problem with my AC unit. The “salesman/ owner” said I most definitely needed a new unit! Sent out his son to look at the unit and his son basically repeated the same thing his father said. Never opened the unit , checked breakers or even looked at the condenser. He didn’t even ask to see the unit powered on????? What ? Turned the A/C off for 24 hours and what do you know , the A/C Works!!! It was just frozen over REALLY bad and needed more than the usual time to unthaw. Like I mentioned…. Keep on scrolling.
