Love them. Very caring staff and management.

My 92 year old mother has been a client of Volunteer Home Care services for one year following a fall. While we are grateful for their visits during covid, combating loneliness of Covid isolation, their services could have been discontinued after the initial Medicare benefit period. There was no communication to my brother or myself about the need for additional care for this prolonged period. There was no communication to us period! At 92 my mother could not relate much of what the services were. Her statements were most always, "they don't tell me a thing".
