My son's truck stopped running off of 321 and James left the football game he was at and came towed it in for us. He done a great job and if I need a tow again I have the number saved in my phone. Thanks again James.
James was amazing! We needed tow for our very low miata and he made it work without scraping the front lip. He really knew what he was doing and I could tell he had so much experience which made me feel very comfortable. He had a great personality and knew how to make a bad situation good. He was wonderful!
Expected to have a beautiful day in the mountains… our vehicle died on a steep Mnt road in Blount County, with no shoulders. James showed up so quickly and got us safely into Alcoa for repairs! It was a true blessing to get out of that stressful situation so efficiently!!! Thank you James!!!!
