RC Mechanical were so good to us!
They walked us through the steps of everything we needed to do before the technicians arrived on the phone.
Within an hour of calling, we got a text message informing us that the techs were on their way and even included a picture so we would know who to look for when they arrived.
The technicians diagnosed the issue within minutes and had cold air back in our house within 20-30 minutes of their arrival.
They even took the time to clean out the unit before leaving.

“Dishekia is always friendly and courteous when we speak on the phone. She makes sure to call me every fall and spring to schedule my H&A unit. She keeps me updated so I don’t forget and I really appreciate that. BJ serviced and cleaned my heat and air unit and cleaned up after himself. He was very friendly and courteous and emailed the paperwork to me that explained what all was done.“
