Annual wellness exam. Ability to complete questionnaire and check in online speeds up the process and is appreciated. Ability to review test results and perscrspion info is also easy to use. Doctor and staff are attentive to my questions and concerns and insure my privacy. I have full confidence in the resources at the Doctors Clinic in Union City Tennessee.

Love Dr Hale, no he is always nice, friendly and will always be attentive to your needs. He will do test when needed and continue till he finds what's your problem is and what is causing it. Both nurses Angie and Kelly are very sweet and Iisten to your problems to report to Dr Hale what we told them. I thank God for Dr Hale and the girls everyday.
