The staff, including the receptionists, nurses, and doctors, are described as professional, attentive, and focused on addressing patients' needs and concerns. The clinic offers efficient processes, such as online check-in and easy access to test results, contributing to a smooth and satisfactory visit.
Dr. Dozier and the staff take the best care of their patients. I know that when I make it in for a visit I will leave with a clear treatment plan. I’m always feeling better in no time!
Everyone at The Doctors' Clinic has always been very kind and made me feel like I'm one of their family. They have met all my medical needs and have helped me find specialists to deal with my more severe problems.
No matter what the reason is for me visiting the Baptist Medical group I always have a good experience. From the girls at desk... bloodwork or seeing Dr. Selena Dozier and Darlene or Linda. Best and most professional!! Give them 5 stars
