Lester as Old Faithful is the most honest and reliable septic company in East TN. I have used him several times now and every time he is responsive and reliable. He has also helped several of my clients. He will guarantee his work!

I have lived in TN for 3 years now. It is so incredibly hard to get professional services to even answer the phones most of the time let alone show up and do a good job. We found old faithful to be honest, on time, professional and so helpful. We have had them come out 3 xs now for different projects and each time have helped us tremendously. They have shown up when they said they were going to, done the job they said they were going to do and at reasonable prices.

There has been a lot of confusion and not a lot of communication with the people working for this company. They did, however, eventually fix our issue with the septic system. As of yet, still haven't finished pumping the tank, though. If they do, I'll be amending this review again.Services: Plumbing pipe repair
