I can't say enough great things about Stroops and their staff. I have used them on multiple properties and they have been extremely prompt, typically the same day, very reasonably priced, and most of all, I have not dealt with another company that had a friendlier staff. We used Stroops for our entire HVAC system for our new build. We are so happy with our experience, and that says a lot because it was one of the bigger expenses we had to make for our home. I would spend that money 10x over again with them. We have lived in our house for around 6 months now and are extremely happy with how the unit heats and cools the house, but we were a little unhappy with the placement of our unit due to it being right outside from where we sleep. Stroops is by far the best experience I’ve had with any businesses in Tullahoma. They were friendly, fast and easily accessible. They’re very professional and reasonably priced. I loved the atmosphere of their office when I came in for the paperwork. It’s run by Christians and not just in their decorations, but in their character. I highly recommend Stroops for any of your HVAC needs.
