“The business here is excellent! Every time I've gone here, the staff exceeds my expectations of great customer service. Even when I got a cut that I wasn't altogether happy with, the manager, Lauren, was glad to accommodate and refunded in full. But the icing on the cake was when Miss Ruby stepped up and offered to fix it free of charge. I ended up wanting to give her the full amount but she wouldn't take it. So pleased with this group of young women who conducted themselves professionally on all fronts. And just for the record, I've gotten plenty of cuts before that were 100% on point.
