This is a top notch clinic. Everyone there is professional, kind and very knowledgeable. We recently had to put our elderly cat down and they were so kind to us. They made sure we had extra time with her and didn't rush us one bit. Our tech Alex was phenomenal. We can't thank her enough for getting us through this. She was so kind to us. I highly recommend this wonderful place for your pets.
I brought my red nose pit here because the vet I was taking him too had not treated his skin infection aggressively. He had suffered over a year thru the infection, allergy shots and sensitive stomach. I was doing everything they told me to do including a very strict diet with no improvement in his condition. Townsend Animal Clinic has him infection free in just 6 weeks of aggressive treatment. In my opinion they are worth every penny I've paid them and my only wish is I had found them sooner. They are also a no fear Clinic. Dr Detweiler had my pit giving her kisses within seconds. I also moved my other two dogs care here.
We trust Townsend Animal Clinic with our 3 dogs so much that we drive about 40 minutes one way to bring them here! All 3 of our dogs LOVE going to the vet because the staff are so friendly with them. We primarily see Dr. Morgan who treats our dogs like her own. They accept care credit which is a plus. When you arrive you get to wait in your car with your animal instead of a busy waiting room. This is a plus with my bulldog who tries to bully other pets! They also send text message reminders for appointments (like annual exams or medication refills). You won’t regret bringing your pet to this vet!
