Randy did a fantastic job repairing our master shower! We had a complete remodel done earlier this year, and the company that did it did a terrible job installing the shower pan and our crawl space became a waterfall. The original contractor tried to cheat out on us, and left us hanging. We were referred to Randy, and this dud saved the day. The repair consisted of a complete gut and redo of the bottom half of our shower. There were many design issues and a lot of thought that had to go into working around the interesting install material choices of the first contractor. Not to mention a tile series on back order. Randy was super patient and helpful through the process, and able and willing to change on the fly when something changed materials wise (ordered a lot of diff choices to see what would come in first). He was also smart in how he resolved each stump we ran into. Always a “can do” attitude. He also did not mind me testing his install during the process, as after our last experience, I wanted to know before the first tile went down that it wouldn’t leak. He encouraged it, an was happy to oblige. And, no leaks! Randy was very particular about his work, and made sure our end result looked great and like it was planned from the beginning. The end result is a fantastic looking shower that we have confidence in functioning properly. Very happy, would definitely recommend.

Titan Flooring (Randy Patterson) is a master at tiling. His prices are competitive; his work is meticulous, and he takes pride in a job well done. So glad we chose Randy to do our bathroom upgrade!
