Fantastic company. Have been using them for years for annual maintenance on HVAC systems, but just recently had them replace one of my units that was end of life. Very fair price (lower than competition) and top tier quality. They guys showed up right on time, worked quickly and quietly, all while taking all the necessary precautions to avoid any mess or damage to my home. Then when it was all done, as usual, Austin took the time to answer any questions I had.
Can't speak highly enough of this company. Give them a call, you won't regret it.
Austen was immediately responsive to my A/C emergency on the hottest day in recent middle Tennessee history. He not only quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem, he also undid some of my own self-maintenance errors.He then did a solid maintenance service on the downstairs unit and was on his way.He is totally professional, very knowledgeable, fairly priced, and the whole experience was top shelf from start to finish.He was the 3rd company I contacted and the only one who answered the phone - the others did not return my calls or messagesI could not be happier with the whole experience.Thank you Austin - i owe you big! Super easy process! Texted Austin on a Thursday, equipment came in on Monday and he sent installers on Tuesday first thing in the morning. They kept their work area tidy and cleaned up after themselves completely. Austin then came by to inspect the work completed. Within an hour of installation I had to put on a hoodie because I was too cold! Will definitely continue using First Class Heating & Air Conditioning for my HVAC needs. Thank you!Services: Install AC
