The space is beautiful, (don’t miss the antique ceiling tin!) and all the teachers are accomplished and delightful. There is NO class you cannot take at Grow & Flow! It’s about the most non-judgey place; all are welcomed and respected. Plus, we have FUN! This is a lovely, lively spot, and Jeremy works hard to bring us additional classes (dancing, breath-work, etc.) as well as the availability of organic food. It’s a happy place where you can let your hair down, relax, grow, and flow!!“
