I contacted stone about a piece of land for sale they had posted. I met with them that day and put a deposit down on the land. I paid out of pocket for the septic on the land to be inspected, I contacted stone realtor to inform them that they needed the septic dug up to be inspected. I waited for almost 60 days for the land to be dug up. Communication got where I barely could get a text or call back. I understand the part about the land getting dug up was the seller fault but as far as getting any intel or knowing what was going on it was hard to get a reply. Well, honestly, they are just licensed thieves. In 2022, Stone Realty and Travis Lefevers were selling a house for a really close friend of mine and were dragging her along with lies the entire time, because she found out a little over a month ago the property sold in November 2022 for $38,000 and she is still waiting for her payment from them. She contacted Travis about it when she found out and he continues to lie and said he would pay her within 30 days. His excuse was, his wife and family were trying to buy a place for themselves and needed the "assets" to help get his kids. If you're looking for a realtor in Tazewell or anywhere else in the surrounding area, do yourselves a favor and go to someone else.

My husband and myself were were on a journey to Tennessee to discover which area we would like to live in after retirement 2 yrs from now. This trip was scheduled for 8 days and was examining an area of 150 miles and length. In this process the realtor that we had initially been speaking with and we're planning to meet bailed out on us in the middle of our driving there, very last minute. I googled realty in tazewell Tennessee and was extremely lucky to find an amazing gentleman named Jackson Bledsoe. Jackson went out of his way to assist us literally making us his focus for 2 days. Long story short (I know it's too late)after continuing on our journey we realized that we had fallen in love with that area. We canceled our last five days in other locations and turnes right back around and came back to meet with Jackson a few more days. I cannot begin to express how wonderful we were treated. We felt like we were made a priority. Jackson spent the entire day with us showed us the most amazing locations and above all was so professional and knowledgeable. His skills in every area are impeccable! It just made us realize that was the area for us not only beauty wise but also for the community. We did not feel like it was realtor/client this was a good friend doing something he really enjoyed. We decided not to wait two years and we actually purchased a home now because we did not want to miss out on this area. We are going tomake it a vacation home until we can move there permanently. All this because of one incredible individual...JACKSON BLEDSOE
