I pulled in Saturday morning and set in my car a good 10 mins.before I walked in, completely hesitant and hoping to avoid judgment......I walked in and I don't know that I've ever felt more welcomed and unhinged. I went in only to tan but once I received such welcoming arms, I signed up for the gym also. Looking forward to many more experiences here
I'm giving 5 stars for the tanning beds they are up to date and they have several big tanning machines up right and lay down. Beds and rooms are clean and well maintained, friendly helpful employees make you feel at home. So for a no stress tanning experience go to In Shape Fitness & Tanning!!
I love this place. It has everything. Weights. Treadmills. Ellipticals . Exercise class . Tanning . Sauna. More than one bathroom. Lockers. Trainers. Very nice . Clean. The owner is wonderful. The ladies that come to work out are also a nice group.
